Last summer I started growing some small pots of herbs and tomatoes these were so easy to grow and kept coming for the whole summer:
Then i decided to make a raw pizza with these little beauties. For the base I sprouted some sunflower, pumpkin an sesame seeds, added in some almond pulp and some vegetable pulp from my juices. I dehydrated it for 1 hour at the highest setting and overnight at 95/100 C.
I had some home made mozzarella that i made myself using raw milk - bought from a wonderful dairy farm shop at the Brighton market, called Plaw Hatch.
(I will do a video and share with you how easy and simple is to make this mozzarella recipe)
I made a simple tomatoes topping by blending my cherry tomatoes with Himalayan pink sea salt, cold pressed organic olive oil, basil leaves and a tiny drip of raw organic honey.

and this is the result:
Oh MY God, it is so amazingly delicious, all of my 53 trillions cells in my body were having the time of their life!
